Von der ersten bewussten Ruhe bis hin zu fließenden, kraftvollen Bewegungen erlebst du, wie das Cyr Wheel reagiert, dich trägt und immer wieder zu dir zurückfindet.
Schritt für Schritt wächst dein Vertrauen – ins Rad, in deinen Körper und in das Miteinander in der Gruppe. Es entsteht ein Flow, der nicht nur Bewegung ist, sondern echtes Zusammenspiel.
Und keine Sorge: Bis jetzt ist noch niemand über die eigenen Finger gerollt.

PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® – Unleash your potential!
What if the key to your power isn’t found outside – but in your own breath? “PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® – Unleash your potential!” is a guided two-hour breathing journey that combines ancient breathwork techniques with curated electronic soundscapes. A method that has been practised for millennia across different cultures – reinterpreted here for people who long for clarity, energy and a deeper connection to themselves. In a safe, supportive space, coach Nadine (Soul Touch) guides you through various breathing phases. Accompanied by a carefully composed soundtrack blending soul, trance and psychedelic sounds, you can explore inner limitations, release tension and discover new perspectives for your journey. Completely without substances – solely through the power of your breath. The session takes place at the Pepe Dome, an extraordinary venue at Munich’s Ostpark, which, with its warm, cosy atmosphere, provides the ideal setting for this experience. You don’t need any prior experience – just an open mind, comfortable clothing and a curiosity about yourself. An invitation to anyone who wants to feel more: their energy, their vision, their own strength. What to bring (optional): mat, seat cushion, eye mask, light blanket, drink (shatterproof and leak-proof).
